I’m Bolaji Olasupo founder and CEO of Midas Touch Kids . I’m also a mum from Greenwich in South east London. The team of combined of over 40 years experience in the UK childcare industry winning awards in training, mentorship and supporting childminders and families

My Passion for childcare starts from when i have my baby and find it hard to find suitable childcare and becomes more difficult when my son was diagnosed of Autism.

To find childcare for my son becomes almost impossible and have to change childminder almost every week eventually i resigned and become a stay at home mum, i also met with a lot of mum in same situation as me and felt stuck because they have children as the available childcare is mostly expensive or not suitable to their child's needs.

i started doing courses and volunteer in childcare settings and Nursery's while my son is in school. then i started my own ofsted registered childminding. being an ofsted childminder does not gives me the support i needed in terms of recruitment, understanding complex laws, marketing and professional development. i proceeded to do my Level 3 in Early Years educator and Level 5 leadership and Management in Childcare. i worked in various capacity in my local children center as a student on placement to becoming a permanent staff, room lead and lead practitioner, i have the passion to mentor people and lead, this strength will enable me to recruit the best talent in childcare and mentor them to train and become a qualified childminder.
